Jaime has been a dedicated member of our Arabian horse association for nearly a decade. She wears many hats and takes on many responsibilities. She has been a board member and has served in the role of secretary for several years. She assists with the newsletter compilation. Another of her accomplishments has been to implement and maintain the royalty program in her club. Jaime has shown many of her riding lesson students how to love and appreciate the Arabian horse and several have gone on to participate in shows through her guidance and encouragement. Her drive to garner sponsorships has kept NMAHA’s OEIP show financially stable and has allowed her club to continue to offer this show. During the COVID restrictions, Jaime started a HANDS & HOOVES program to reward members for time spent with their Arabian horses, when shows were not able to be offered. Jaime is her club’s representative to the ARABIANS UNPLUGGED group that rewards those showing in non-rated Arabian shows, where she also sits on the steering committee. Her farm has hosted a trail ride for NMAHA members for the past three years. Jaime is always willing to volunteer and to share her love of the Arabian horse.
For the past few years Kaitlyn has led our youth activities both within our Northern Minnesota Arabian Association club and Region 10. She is an accomplished coach with the kids and is encouraging to everyone. Starting in 2021 she was instrumental in starting the Region 10 Youth Day to be held each year at one of our Region 10 shows with fundraiser class and silent auction to benefit the regional youth program. She has also served as our club President, Vice President, Delegate and Board member.
